During the night of August 11, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. One of the city's children's hospitals was hit and a fire broke out in a warehouse at another location. One person was injured.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to the statement, a strike hit the grounds of one of the children's hospitals in the Shevchenkivskyi district. Two craters were formed at the site, and the building's windows and a gas pipe were damaged. Gas service workers eliminated the leak. The children and medical staff were in the shelter. There were no deaths or injuries at the hospital.
At another location, a warehouse building was damaged and caught fire, the agency said. The fire has now been contained over an area of 1,200 square meters. One injured person was found at the site and handed over to medical personnel.
