His head was on the ground and his arms outstretched, the New York Post reports.Bystanders commented in disbelief.‌"Wow, a boy just fell out the window!" one onlooker said, in a video posted to social media.Two cops turned the boy on his side as another onlooker said, "God bless him."‌One witness, Tone Rodriguez, told a local news site that he and other bystanders outside when they heard a loud thud.“His face was all swollen on this side," Tone said.
