Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. (NYSE: BCSF, the “Company”, “our” or “we”) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, and that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has declared a dividend of $0.42 per share for the third quarter of 2026.
