The Aug. 6 flight from Victoria, B.C., to Toronto was set to take to the skies at 10:30 p.m. Pacific time. By the time passengers boarded, it was already slightly behind schedule, one person on board told the Star. But the biggest hurdle came when a child stayed standing in his seat and refused to put his belt on for take off.
