Lock Upp Season 2 recently came to an end, with Shreya Kalra emerging as the winner. She took home the Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 1 crore. However, her win did not go down well with some viewers. Several fans expressed their disappointment and accused host Farah Khan of being biased towards Shreya. During her conversation regarding Lock Upp, Farah asked Shreya about their past connection. The conversation then turned to Shreya as Farah asked, Farah asked Shreya, “I want to ask you on record, Shreya, have we ever met before? Before I saw you on stage?” When Shreya said no, Farah explained, “After two weeks, I started getting comments saying that I was a biased host. People asked why I was biased because her YouTube company and mine are managed by the same team, Qyuki. They have around 70 content creators! So I called them and asked, ‘Is Shreya associated with you?’ They said yes. But I had no idea about this. So how was I biased?”Shreya then said, “But the fact is that you were the one who picked on me from the very beginning! In the first week, you shouted at me, and even when I was doing well, you would only point out my mistakes. Even during the fight with Akanksha Choudhary, you told me not to get too happy because I was only looking better compared to her, and not because of my own performance!”Farah rolled her eyes and replied that she had never said Shreya did not perform well. She even saw Google results showing Shivangi as the winner. So, when Shreya was announced as the winner, she was completely shocked.She told the media, “I didn’t feel that I would win the show because we have seen reality shows, and we know that a certain bias creeps in for the people who are famous while deciding the winner. The makers do it so that they could pitch it to bigger actors in the subsequent season. I was convinced that whatever I had, I gave to the show. Even if I hadn’t won the show, I won in life. I had said the same thing in my speech that the friends I made along the way in the show, the way fans supported me, I was happy in that moment”.For the uninitiated, Shreya Kalra, Yogesh Rawat and Shivangi Joshi were the Top 3 of Lock Upp 2. After Yogesh's elimination, Shreya and Shivangi made it to the Top 2 and based on the Janta Jury, Jailers and ex-contestants votes, Shreya Kalra was declared as the winner of the show.
