Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott have officially expanded their family to three. Sources close to the two actors told TMZ on Sunday that Plaza gave birth to the couple’s first child in the last week of July. The outlet also shared photos of the “Parks and Recreation” star carrying their bundle of joy on Sunday in New York City. Plaza was previously married to writer-director Jeff Baena, who died by suicide in January 2025. Plaza and Baena had wed in 2021 after 10 years of dating, but were separated at the time of his death.Plaza gushed with excitement about becoming a mom during an appearance on the “Smartless” podcast in April. “I’ve always wanted to see what that’s all about, you know?” Plaza said. “It just seems so interesting.”
