OTTAWA — Scarborough North Liberal MP Shaun Chen has announced he is resigning from office setting up another byelection.
Chen, who was first elected in 2015, said a car accident last fall has led to “significant health issues” and he has been unable to travel to Ottawa as often as the job requires.
