MoonLake Immunotherapeutics (NASDAQ:MLTX) announced positive Week 16 topline results from its Phase 3 IZAR-1 trial evaluating sonelokimab in biologic-naïve adults with active psoriatic arthritis.
Following the announcement, the stock fell over 6%.
Phase 3 IZAR-1 Trial Key Results The Phase 3 trial successfully met all primary and secondary clinical endpoints at Week 16 for the 60 mg sonelokimab treatment arm with induction.
A total of 42.1% of biologic-naïve participants achieved the primary endpoint of an American College of Rheumatology 50 response.
Secondary clinical endpoints demonstrated broad efficacy across musculoskeletal and physical outcomes, with 66.5% of patients achieving an ACR20 response and 41.2% attaining Minimal Disease Activity.
