Girija Subramanian joined the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDAI) as a whole-time Member (Distribution).Subramanian, who was the former chairperson of National Agriculture Insurance Company of India (AIC) joined the Authority on Monday, the insurance regulator said in a release.With this, the number of whole time members of IRDAI has now reached four. The other members at present are Rajay Kumar Sinha, Member (Finance & Investments), Swaminathan S Iyer, Member (Life) and Deepak Sood (Non-Life)Debasish Prusty is serving as a part-time member of the Authority.
