Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) and Innate Pharma SA (NASDAQ:IPHA) on Monday forged a strategic alliance to launch a critical Phase 3 clinical trial targeting a rare form of skin cancer.
The collaboration primarily focuses on enabling the TELLOMAK-3 study, a crucial milestone intended to fast-track the regulatory clearance of lacutamab for treating Sézary syndrome, a highly aggressive subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

The agreement also details up to $40 million in short-term developmental milestones directly tied to the Sézary syndrome clinical program.
Furthermore, Sobi retains an exclusive option to acquire complete global development rights in the future.
