Russian forces struck a residential neighborhood in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region; one person was killed, and three others were wounded.
According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy struck a residential area. Private houses were damaged. One person was killed. Three others were wounded,” Ganzha wrote.
The 76-year-old victim was hospitalized; doctors assess his condition as moderate.
