During a hilarious prank on her Heart Breakfast co-host Jamie Theakston today, Vogue Williams convinced she was going into labour - and his reaction was priceless14:17, 10 Aug 2026Vogue Williams left Jamie Theakston sweating after pretending she was about to give birth on the Heart FM studio floor.It wasn't the start to the new week host Jamie needed after the pregnant presenter secretly burst a water balloon underneath her desk as they were about to go on air. Vogue put on a brilliant performance to keep him reeled in for ages, and he couldn't believe she'd pranked him.“Oh my God!” she exclaimed as she started leaning on her desk as Jamie rushed over to see what had happened before he asked "Are you alright?” Vogue continued to play along even when Jamie went into crisis mode.“We'll go downstairs and get a taxi out the back,” he yelled as she made her way to the door. “Oh my God, what are we gonna do?” he asked before yelling: “Where's Spenny at the moment?”, referring of course to Vogue's husband, Spencer Matthews.“I don't know... I don't know where he is,” she told her worried co-star. Vogue then told Jamie she had no idea how she was going to make it downstairs and to the hospital.“I don't know how I'm goning to walk down to a car,” she said. “You might have to literally wheel me on this chair."Jamie continued to pace around as he comforted her as he preparing to escort her out of the building. Then Vogue finally broke character as someone said to him "one thing Jamie" before a loud bang filled the studio with confetti.“Oh, you're kidding me!” Jamie replied as the penny dropped as he looked stunned.
