An earthquake has rocked the Colombian capital of Bogota, with witnesses reporting the tremor being felt as far away as the border with Venezuela.
The 7.4 magnitude quake's epicentre was in Choco province, on the Pacific coast, according to the Colombian geological service.
It said the earthquake occurred at a depth of around 115 kilometers, with several parts of the country impacted, including Medellín - the capital of Colombia's mountainous Antioquia province.
The 7.4 earthquake in Colombia today occurred in an area between Cali and Medellin.
The municipalities closest to the epicenter of the tremor are San José del Palmar, Río Iró and Nóvita.
