Cendry Capital Appoints Anthony J. Folino III, Former Chief Financial Officer of Graham Partners as Senior Advisor
Two decades of private equity finance leadership to guide the firm's institutional infrastructure and investor reporting
Cendry Capital, a private equity firm that acquires and operates mission critical Aerospace and Defense manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Anthony J. Folino III as Senior Advisor. Mr. Folino will work alongside the firm’s leadership to build the financial, operational and reporting infrastructure supporting both Cendry’s acquisition strategy and its relationships with the family offices and private investors who back the firm.
Mr. Folino served for more than two decades as Chief Financial Officer of Graham Partners, the Newtown Square, Pennsylvania-based private equity firm focused on industrial technology and advanced manufacturing. In that role, he built and led the firm's finance, accounting, treasury, fund administration and investor reporting functions across multiple fund vintages, played a key leadership role in the firm's compliance program, supported fundraising and investor communications, managed the firm's audit, tax, technology and legal relationships relating to fund operations, accounting, finance, compliance, and corporate governance, and helped build the institutional infrastructure supporting billions of dollars in assets under management. At Cendry, Mr. Folino will advise on the design and buildout of the firm's financial, operational, compliance and reporting infrastructure — including fund accounting and administration, investor reporting, valuation policy, audit and tax relationships, treasury management and back-office technology — and will serve as a strategic sounding board to the firm's leadership.
