He was the acting attorney general who previously served as Trump’s personal lawyer and has been dogged by allegations of corruption in his die-hard allegiance to the president. Blanche has stopped the public release of millions of Jeffrey Epstein files and overseen Trump’s revenge-fueled cases against perceived enemies such as former FBI Director James Comey.
