At least 13 people were killed, including a child, and 39 injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on industrial and civilian targets in the Russian city of Nizhnekamsk, authorities said on Monday, one of the heaviest civilian tolls in the country in months.The city is a major oil-refining and petrochemical centre in the Tatarstan republic, according to local officials.Its refining and petrochemical sites have been attacked multiple times in the past.The city is home to two major oil refineries, Taneco and Taif-Nk, as well as synthetic rubber and plastic producer Nizhnekamskneftekhim.People queue to refuel their cars at a petrol station on the outskirts of Pereslavl-Zalesskiy, about 140km from Moscow, on Thursday.
