Stretching approximately one kilometer and connecting Pasig City and Quezon City, the boulevard serves as the central spine of the estate. More than a road, it stands as a reminder of the vision, discipline, and long-term thinking that guided Mr. John throughout his life and continue to shape Robinsons Land today.
Long before Robinsons Land began building malls, homes, offices, hotels, and mixed-use developments across the Philippines, however, its founder was simply a young boy selling basic goods to help support his family.
When his father passed away, Mr. John, as he was fondly called, was only 13. As the eldest child, he suddenly found himself taking on greater responsibility. To earn money for the family, he and his mother cooked peanuts with garlic, packed them in small bags, and sold them, an experience he would later describe as his first as an entrepreneur.
