Sixteen Bangladeshi workers were killed in a fire at a sofa factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday.
Bangladesh's embassy in the Saudi capital dispatched a delegation to the scene immediately after news of the incident broke.
The victims' bodies will be identified and repatriated in accordance with their families' wishes, Bangladesh's Foreign Ministry said.
Saudi Arabia is the primary destination for Bangladeshi migrant workers, with approximately 3.5 million nationals living there.
