On the afternoon of August 10, Russian troops carried out guided airstrikes on civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, wounding 11 people, including a 10-year-old girl.
According to Ukrinform, the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.
“As of 12:40 p.m., at least 11 people are known to have been injured. Among the injured is a 10-year-old girl who is in the hospital in critical condition. Information regarding the victims is being verified,” the statement reads.
It is noted that as a result of the shelling, apartment buildings and private houses were damaged, and passenger cars were destroyed.
The regional prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
