He is expected to announce he's been holding talks about sending foreign criminals to jails overseas.It comes after France torpedoed his thin small boats plan a week ago, and home affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf was branded a "pillock" after announcing an illegal working policy that Labour has already done.Mr Farage was accused of unveiling headline-grabbing ideas to distract from sleaze allegations. On Thursday he faces a humiliating face-off with Count Binface in an ill-thought-through by-election in Clacton.He is the overwhelming favourite to win, but if he returns to Parliament a probe into an undeclared £5million gift he received from crypto tycoon Christopher Harborne is expected to resume.
