Russian security forces have carried out raids on the homes of Crimean Tatars in northern Crimea, which is temporarily occupied by Russia.
Refat Chubarov, chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
"Yesterday and today, we received separate reports of illegal raids by Russian security forces on the homes of Crimean Tatars in several settlements in northern Crimea, as well as searches and detentions at a mosque in one of the settlements on the southern coast of Crimea," Chubarov said.

He urged people directly affected by the raids not to remain silent about such incidents and to report violations committed against them and their relatives.
