In Odesa, there are disruptions to mobile service and water supply due to the Russian attack; the number of injured has increased to nine.
According to Ukrinform, Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“As a result of the enemy’s massive attack on the Odesa region, the energy infrastructure has been damaged. Currently, power outages affecting residential consumers are being reported in parts of Odesa and the Odesa district. Additionally, some areas of the city are experiencing disruptions in water supply and mobile communications,” he said.
He added that technical water is being delivered to all districts of the city. Public drinking fountains are also functioning, and energy and utility services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack as quickly as possible and fully restore all services.
