In Kharkiv, the injury toll has increased to thirteen following the Russian strike.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
“Currently, 13 people have sought medical assistance due to enemy strikes on the Saltivskyi district. All emergency services continue to work at the scene,” he said.
Syniehubov added that the third strike site was one of the parks in the Saltivskyi district.
