The Democratic nominee for U.S Senate in Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed, gave a ruthless response to President Donald Trump calling him “full of shit” during an event in Las Vegas earlier this week. El-Sayed was asked about Trump’s remarks — including the president saying he was a gift to the Republican Party — in an interview with SkyNews’ James Matthews on Friday. The Democrat said he was a gift to the state of Michigan before delivering his brutal comeback. “And he (Trump) says, if you’d pardon the language, that you’re full of shit. What do you say to that?” Matthews asked.“At least I don’t let mine go in the middle of the Oval Office,” El-Sayed said.El-Sayed was likely making an apparent reference to jokes about the president defecating on himself. Trump, in addition to his expletive-laden insult of El-Sayed, leaned hard into trying to falsely paint the Democrat as a “communist.” “They want to go right down to the bottom of the barrel. That’s communism. They want it to be a communist country. We’re not letting them have it as a communist country. Not even for a minute,” Trump said. Trump and many Republicans have, as of late, been rolling out the communist moniker for Democrats ahead of the midterms.
