Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Thousands of people were ordered to evacuate their homes as a massive wildfire spread through western Canada on Saturday.
The Bald Range fire in British Columbia has doubled in size since it was first reported on Friday, the BBC reported.
Power went out in the district of Summerland, whose 12,000 residents were ordered to evacuate.
