VETERANS Eben Etzebeth and Siya Kolisi start their first Springbok match for the year against Argentina on Saturday night.
Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus is expecting a fierce arm wrestle when the world champions face Argentina in Buenos Aires on Saturday night, with both teams having plenty of uncertainty to overcome.
Erasmus has brought seven players back from injury for the clash, while the Pumas have been weakened by the absence of several Europe-based players because the match falls outside the international window.
That could make for an unpredictable contest at Estadio José Amalfitani.
“I think it’ll be a helluva grind, especially because many of the guys have been out for a while with injuries,” said Erasmus.
