Ukraine and Serbia will deepen cooperation in the transport sector to improve connectivity between the two countries and strengthen regional logistics.
This was reported by the Office of the President following a meeting in Belgrade between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Serbian Prime Minister Đuro Macut, Ukrinform reports.
"The President and the Prime Minister discussed in detail opportunities to implement joint economic projects of interest to both countries. In particular, they discussed cooperation in the transport sector to improve connectivity between the two countries, strengthen regional logistics, develop the Danube Corridor, and deepen integration between Ukraine, the Western Balkans, and the European Union," the statement said.

Special attention during the meeting was given to supporting Ukraine's energy sector and preparations for the winter. The President thanked Serbia for allocating EUR 2M this year to support Ukraine's energy sector.
