A 15-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder after a 78-year-old man was found stabbed to death near a bus stop in the St Louis area in what police described as a random attack, AP reported.Investigators said video footage shows the suspect wearing a clown costume around the time of the killing.The victim was identified as John W. They said he had been in East St Louis to visit family before the attack.The teenager appeared in juvenile court on Thursday and will remain in custody until his next hearing, according to Chris Allen, a spokesperson for the St Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office.
