New-age logistics company Delhivery reported a 65% decline in profit, and its revenue rose by 28% for the first quarter of FY27.
The drop in net profit was primarily due to integration costs of its Ecomm acquisition.
The net profit for the first quarter of the current fiscal was Rs 32 crore as compared to Rs 91 crore in the similar period a year ago.
The revenue for this period came in at Rs 2,931 crore as compared to Rs 2,294 crore in the first quarter of FY26.
The company said in the first quarter it registered 322 million express shipments, which was 55.2% year-on-year (YoY) growth, and it saw 18.4% YoY growth in partial truck load (PTL) freight.
