Mission Guru Devo Bhava, in association with the Lions Club of Meenambakkam, invites nominations for the Vidhya Seva Samman.The initiative aims to honour teachers who have gone beyond the classroom, inspired their students, nurtured values and made a genuine difference to their lives.CA Anil Khicha of Guru Devo Bhava, in a press note, says the initiative hopes to build a tradition through which society respectfully thanks teachers and whose influence extends far beyond the classroom and transformed the lives of their students and strengthened communities.This year, the organisers propose to honour 10 deserving teachers from schools across Chennai.
