In an era defined by macroeconomic volatility, persistent inflation, and shifting market dynamics, corporate leaders and entrepreneurs are increasingly realizing that earning a high income is no longer synonymous with building long-term wealth.

Addressing this imperative, the Executive MBA Class of 2026 (Online Stream) of the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) convened a business symposium centered on the theme: “Creating Sustainable Wealth: Strategies for Wealth Creation, Growth, and Long-Term Financial Security.”

Spearheaded by Joy Benson, Class Governor, the session brought together corporate executives, public sector leaders, and seasoned consultants.

They challenged traditional business paradigms, emphasizing that sustainable wealth requires structural governance, intentional succession planning, emotional intelligence, and technological adaptability.
