Ola Electric, facing market share erosion, has reported a 45% year-on-year decrease in June-quarter revenue from operations.The electric two-wheeler maker said in a stock exchange filing on Friday that its first-quarter revenue from operations stood at ₹455 crore, down from ₹828 crore a year earlier.It said net loss narrowed by about 21.5% year-on-year to ₹336 crore.As per Vahan data, Ola's vehicle registrations stood at 43,062 units in the three months to end-June compared with 54,676 units in the year-ago quarter. Ola said in its filings that it delivered 39,192 units in the first quarter compared with 68,192 units a year ago and 20,256 units in the last quarter of FY26.In a social media post in May, Aggarwal had said he expected two-wheeler orders to be in the 40,000-45,000 range and Q1 consolidated revenue to be between ₹500 crore and ₹550 crore, nearly double the Q4 levels."FY26 was a year which actually took some difficult decisions and necessary actions," Aggarwal said on the post-earnings call.

The company earned four hundred fifty-five crore rupees in the first quarter, with vehicle registrations also dropping as compared to the previous year. Despite this, Ola's net loss displayed a slight improvement, narrowing by about twenty-one point five percent year-on-year, with overall unit deliveries also decreasing.
