Technologies are really important.
You can have all the tools you want, but if you do not find the disease in front of you, then these tools are not that useful.
So I think the first thing is that just recognition is important, and when you're looking at recognition, we are starting to push people to think harder when you have a persistently elevated alkaline phosphatase, especially paired with other symptoms of cholestasis.
And so when you look at patients with PBC, and you talk to them, "Well, when did your labs w- become abnormal, and when did you get this label of PBC?"
Sometimes it was, like, six, seven, eight years.
