Terms were not disclosed.The Titans selected Skoronski out of Northwestern with the No. 11 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Earlier this offseason, the team picked up Skoronski’s fifth-year option, keeping him in Tennessee through the 2027 season.Skoronski is part of an offensive core the Titans have been building through the first round of the draft for years. Since 2022, Tennessee has selected an offensive player in the first round every year.

Skoronski is the starting left guard while 2024 first-round pick JC Latham is projected to be the starting right tackle.
In 2025, Tennessee selected quarterback Cam Ward with the No. 1 pick and then added wide receiver Carnell Tate with the No. 4 pick in this year’s draft. Tennessee had a second first-round pick in 2026, with which it selected defensive lineman Keldric Faulk.The Titans have been trying to figure things out since their three consecutive postseason appearances from 2019 to 2021. Tennessee has missed the playoffs in each of the past four years and is coming off back-to-back three-win seasons. Skoronski started 14 games as a rookie in 2023 and all 17 games in each of the past two seasons.There haven’t been many bright spots on the Titans in recent years, but Skoronski has been durable and effective.
