Hopefully President Donald Trump saved those giant White House ballroom renderings he’s been brandishing during press conferences, because it looks like he’s going to have to make his pitch again to the U.S. Supreme Court.
On Friday a U.S. federal appeals court ordered the Trump administration to halt construction on the project, ruling that he does not actually have the authority to tear down a third of the White House and build a ballroom without congressional authorization.
