The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arrested an Edo State-based man, Odigie Moses, over an alleged sextortion case involving an Indian woman.

The suspect, who reportedly presented himself as a spiritualist with healing powers, was arrested in Ekpoma, Edo State, the EFCC said in a statement shared on Friday.

According to the anti-graft agency, Moses allegedly met the woman on Zelle after she sought spiritual intervention for what she described as life-threatening challenges.
