Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) stock rose in Friday’s session as investors assessed the video game publisher’s fiscal first-quarter 2027 results and affirmed its full-year outlook.

The company reported higher revenue but lower net bookings and a wider quarterly loss, with recurrent consumer spending remaining its largest source of revenue ahead of the planned Nov. 19 launch of “Grand Theft Auto VI.”

Take-Two Interactive Revenue Increases, Bookings Decline

Take-Two reported GAAP net revenue of $1.53 billion for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from $1.50 billion a year earlier.

Net bookings fell 3% year over year to $1.39 billion from $1.42 billion, missing analyst estimates of $1.41 billion.
