Harrow acquires global rights to Tyrvaya

Harrow has acquired the global rights to Tyrvaya from Viatris in a deal worth up to $100 million, according to a press release.Harrow will pay $30 million at closing, which is expected in the second half of the year. The agreement also includes payments of up to $70 million based on net sales, according to the release.
