On the night of August 7, Russian forces launched a combined strike on Sumy using guided aerial bombs and drones, wounding two people.
According to Ukrinform, Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Strikes were recorded involving two guided aerial bombs, attacks by jet-powered UAVs, and other enemy drones. Two people were wounded. They were hospitalized, and medical personnel are providing the necessary care. Preliminary reports indicate that the victims’ condition is not serious,” the statement reads.
Private residential buildings, non-residential premises, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
