The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls of Karnataka ends on August 8, 2026.

As the ECI SIR in Karnataka comes to an end, the names of 87.5% of voters have been digitised in Belagavi district.There are 41,07,000 voters in the 18 assembly constituencies in the district.As many as 5.13 lakh voters have been marked in Absent, Shifted, Dead, Duplicate and others (ASDDO) category.Using the 2002 SIR documents and existing electoral rolls, Booth Level Officers have distributed 41,07,000 enumeration forms. Of these, around 38,43,780 have been mapped. Around 35,94,820 forms were returned. Of them, 35,89,825 have been digitised. As many as 4,455 forms are yet to be digitised.The district average of those left out of the exercise is around 12.5%.The highest percentage of voters left out were in
