K-pop boy group THE BOYZ is entering a new chapter after announcing that it will continue promoting as a nine-member act under a newly established label following its legal dispute with former agency One Hundred.

In a joint statement released on Thursday, August 6, members Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, Q, Sunwoo, and Eric confirmed that they had reached an agreement to remain together as a group while pursuing individual careers through separate agencies.

"We have all reached an agreement to continue our group activities as nine, and we have finalized the group contract to do so," the members said. "We are currently preparing for our activities under a new label system."
