The quarter-final fixtures for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations have been confirmed, with defending champions Nigeria set for a blockbuster clash against Cameroon.
The last-eight line-up was completed on Thursday after Cameroon secured top spot in Group D with a 1-1 draw against debutants Cape Verde in Casablanca.
The draw saw Cameroon finish unbeaten at the top of Group D with seven points from three matches, setting up a quarter-final meeting with Nigeria, who advanced as runners-up in Group C.
Cape Verde exited the competition after earning their first-ever point at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
