Aug. 6 (UPI) -- The Houston Texans agreed to a two-year, $16 million contract extension with fourth-year linebacker Henry To'oTo'o, his agent confirmed Thursday. He can earn another $1 million through incentives.
To'oTo'o, a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, was to hit free agency this off-season. He appeared in 46 games through his first three seasons, including a career-high 17 in 2025.
To'oTo'o logged 200 combined tackles through the last two seasons, inclufing 95 in 2025. He also totaled a career-best nine tackles for a loss, four quarterback hits, four passes defensed, 2.5 sacks and a fumble recovery last season.
The Texans will host the Los Angeles Chargers in their preseason opener Aug. 13 in Houston. They will open their regular season campaign against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 13 in Houston.
