Western countries are not just encouraging the Kiev regime’s drone attacks on civilians, they are literally giving Vladimir Zelensky free rein to commit these crimes, becoming accomplice to them, Alexey Fadeyev, deputy director of the information and press department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said at a briefing.
He also stated that Kiev had not proposed to resume diplomatic contacts.
Fadeyev also said that Russia sees Armenia’s attempts to raise the stakes and resort to blackmail in its relations with Moscow.
