Court is back in session.

CBS Media Ventures has released the trailer for “Adam’s Law,” a new syndicated daytime court show led by Judge Adam Levy, son of the famed TV jurist Judge Judy, aka Judith Sheindlin.

The series is set to premiere Sept. 14 in first-run syndication, distributed by CBS Media Ventures and airing on a number of CBS-owned stations including CBS LA and WCBS-TV New York.

Created by Sheindlin, “Adam’s Law” features Levy channeling his mother’s no-nonsense approach to bring truth forward and ensure justice is served.

The trailer shows Levy delivering quick-witted, unfiltered remarks not unlike his mother’s approach from the bench. In the trailer, Sheindlin appears to reveal she wouldn’t have encouraged her son to take this project on five years ago as she believes he has the talent to beat her, and she firmly believes “Adam’s Law” will become the No. 1 program in daytime.
