Lumina Datamatics, a content, retail support, and technology solutions company, has completed the acquisition of TNQTech, a Chennai-based publishing technology company. This transaction positions the combined organisation among the world’s largest providers of scholarly publishing solutions and is a key milestone in Lumina’s growth journey, a statement from Lumina said. The announcement follows the signing of a definitive agreement in December 2024 to acquire an 80 per cent controlling stake in TNQTech.
