In Phone Conversation, Tinubu Informs Adeleke of His Directive to EFCC to Unfreeze Osun Account

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has informed Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, that he has directed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to lift the court order freezing the Osun State Government account.

The disclosure was made on Thursday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on his Facebook page.

According to Onanuga, President Tinubu conveyed the decision during a telephone conversation with Governor Adeleke.

“President Tinubu in a phone conversation with Governor Ademola Adeleke on Thursday informed him about his directive to the EFCC to lift the court order on the Osun State Government account,” Onanuga said.
