The Diomande transfer is the latest in a busy summer for Madrid. It has also spent $63.4 million (€55 million) on Marc Cucurella from Chelsea, $29 million (€25 million) on former Levante striker Carlos Espi and $23 million (€20 million) to get Netherlands international Denzel Dumfries out of his Inter Milan contract.This takes the total spend to $259.5 million (€225 million), with Bernardo Silva and Ibrahima Konate having also joined on free transfers after their terms expired at Manchester City and Liverpool respectively.MORE FOR YOUWhat must also be noted, however, is that total revenue from sales of mainly youth academy products has totaled ($213 million) €184.5 million.
