Matt King/Getty ImagesAug. 6, 2026 10:40 am EDT Updated Negotiations between West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur over Manor Solomon are currently off for financial reasons.West Ham, relegated to the Championship on the final day of last season, are looking to pay in the region of £5million ($6.7m) for the winger but are not ready to agree to the bonuses Spurs would want should the east London club secure a return to the Premier League.⁠Fiorentina are still in negotiations to sign the 27-year-old and pushing but as things stand are not at the right numbers for Tottenham.

Solomon joined Spurs in 2023 on a free transfer, having previous been on loan with Fulham from Shakhtar Donetsk. He made five Premier League appearances under then-head coach Ange Postecoglou before suffering a season-ending knee injury.He spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Leeds United, with whom he won promotion from the Championship, adding 10 goals and 13 assists in 39 league appearances for Daniel Farke’s side.Solomon was loaned to Villarreal and then Fiorentina in 2025-26, where he made 30 appearances in all competitions, providing three goals and six assists.
