The legal judgment serves to protect patients from unapproved drug formulations and reinforces standard European safety regulations.
Court Forces Inventory Removal And Disclosure Of Supply Chains Under the injunction, Ceban must immediately stop all infringing sales and remove references to the semaglutide product from relevant websites and listings.
The court also ordered Ceban to provide Novo Nordisk with complete details regarding its commercial supply chain and to fully reimburse the drugmaker's legal expenses.
